By renting equipment from Grenada Urban E-Mobility (the “company”), you agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Renters acknowledge the risks associated with using e-bikes, scooters, and other mobility devices, including accidents or injuries. The company is not liable for any damages or injuries during the rental.
Safety Guidelines
Helmets and protective gear must be worn, and local traffic laws followed. Non-compliance may result in extra charges or rental termination.
Physical Fitness
Renters are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness to use the equipment and must disclose any relevant medical conditions. The company is not liable for health issues that arise during or after the rental.
Liability Release
Grenada Urban E-Mobility is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or losses during the rental. Renters release the company from any liability.
Equipment Use
Renters must care for the equipment. Damage from misuse or negligence may incur additional fees.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before equipment rental. This deposit will be used to cover any damages, loss, or overdue fees. Refunds will be issued upon return of the equipment in good condition.
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
Renters may cancel reservations with a 50% refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period.
Minimum Age
Renters must be at least 16 years old. Grenada Urban E-Mobility does not rent to minors.
Privacy & Data Use
By using our services, renters consent to the collection and use of personal data, including name, contact information, and payment details, for the purposes of processing rentals and payments. GPS data may also be collected to track the location of rented equipment for safety and security. Grenada Urban E-Mobility will not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate payment processing through trusted partners.
